Your Identification Number

You must enter your 8-digit UA ID and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to gain access to UAOnline. Then click 'Login'.

If you do not know your ID, use the 'look up your ID here' link.

Your PIN

Your Student PIN (if not an employee) is 6 characters, originally set to your date of birth (MMDDYY). If you are an employee you will have received your PIN in the mail. When you sign on to the web for the first time, you will be asked to change your PIN to another 6-character value different from your date of birth. Date of birth will not be accepted as a new PIN. Remember this PIN!

Forgot your PIN?

1. Enter your User ID
2. Leave the PIN blank
3. Click the 'Forgot PIN?' button
You will then be required to answer a question you created the first time you logged in and to choose a new PIN number to gain access to UAOnline. If you are not prompted with a security question or if you do not answer the question correctly, please contact your local Human Resources office (employee) or your campus Records office (students).
